Overview
This new four story Class ‘A’ office facility was the first new office building built in downtown Frederick in over 10 years. Waynesboro Construction was selected to be the General Contractor because of our experience working in the downtown Frederick area and on other urban jobsites. The project site presented difficult working conditions including minimal area for staging and access around the building. In addition to the site constraints, the project was located within the City’s Historic district and included many special building features such as intricate brickwork, exposed architectural structural steel, precast stone cornicing, and multi-level window systems.
