Overview
The Developer, Reiman & Company, took an existing site, formerly a Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, and efficiently converted it into a new 51,000 sf retail center now housing Aldi, Panera Bread, Party City, and Mattress Discounters. Waynesboro Construction was involved from design to completion providing coordination and value engineering input. The project included demolition of the old facility, new construction of the retail center, and site work including new utilities, widening of a four lane highway, and a new traffic signal.
