Overview
This masterplanned three building development is ongoing, with two of the three buildings completed, including all related site work to support the ultimate build-out. Each of the two story buildings were constructed and sold as condominium offices, allowing tenants the opportunity to own their own space and control their own environments. Upgraded finishes are installed in the core areas which include elevators, marbled lobbies, public restrooms and utility support rooms.
