Overview
Built in three phases, over a five year period, this three building office campus was constructed to fill a growing regional need for medical office space. The site included the County’s first extensive use of an ESD (Environmental Site Design) system to clean stormwater runoff. The buildings include two (2) single story buildings totalling 42,000 SF, and a single two story building with 47,800 SF. All buildings are clad in masonry and precast concrete accents, with extensive use of reflective glass and architectural metal panels.
