Overview
Anticipating a high demand for medical office space related to the construction of the new INOVA Loudoun Hospital in northern Virginia, the developer of this project teamed with Waynesboro Construction to plan, design, and construct, a multi-phase medical campus including five (5) multi-story buildings. Each building incorporated “Green Building” technology including the use of geothermal wells, solar glass, TPO (white, reflective) roofing systems, locally sourced materials, and on-site material recycling. The use of natural stone materials, three and four story glass curtain walls, and upgraded interior and exterior materials, distinguish these buildings as Class A facilities.
