Overview
This 154 acre property was purchased in 2015 and planning began immediately for the renovation of the clubhouse, supporting buildings and golf course. Waynesboro Construction worked closely with the new Owner to define the scope of the project, set budgets, engage and manage the design and permitting process, and complete full scope construction contracting. The project included the total renovation of the club house and surrounding grounds, including the installation of a new commercial Kitchen and Bar, replacement of the “event tent” with a hard-walled semi-permanent structure, and cart path bridge improvements.
