Overview

This ground-up project included the construction of both superstructure and site improvements which required extensive blasting and rock removal. Included in the scope of work was a monumental steel spiral stair leading from the ground to a mezzanine level in the Library. A four pipe hydronic heating and cooling system was installed throughout the facility.
