Waynesboro Construction exceeded my already high expectations in the construction of Key Plaza in Frederick, MD. We did a negotiated contract and Waynesboro brought the project in under budget despite finding a significant quantity of rock in the site and adding additional highway turn lanes. I have never had a better contractor experience.
