Dick Thomas retires from Waynesboro Construction after 36 years

After 36 years on the Waynesboro Construction team, Dick Thomas has retired. As Project Superintendent, he brought his eye for detail and his superior craftsmanship knowledge to every project. A natural leader, Dick was a mentor and inspiration to co-workers. His award-winning work with the company has set the bar high for complex building projects.

  • Elmer A. Wolfe Elementary School – Westminster, MD
