Overview

This three story office building was designed and constructed to make an architectural statement. After demolition of an existing restaurant, the building was constructed using a structural steel frame, clad in masonry and an elaborate exterior glazing system. The Lobby core is housed in a large three story glass atrium, with a feature spiral stairway and high end finishes, and was designed to accommodate large corporate functions. The project was awarded a LEED Silver certification.
