In conjunction with the construction of a new cancer treatment center, Frederick Memorial Hospital worked with Waynesboro Construction to complete the total renovation of the adjoining imaging center, including the demolition and repurposing of approximately 5,000 SF of physical therapy area into a phlebotomy center, including on-site blood processing laboratory. The scope of work also included the construction of a new imaging registration area and renovation of restrooms and treatment rooms. The entire project had to be completed while the facility was fully operational, leading to sequencing of over ten phases and maintaining strict compliance with ICRA standards.
