Overview

This project included the construction of a 20,580 SF building addition, and the renovation of the existing occupied building, all without interruption to the owner’s business operations. To brighten the production floor and increase building efficiency of the existing building, the scope included installing roof insulation and an encapsulating white membrane. According to the building owner, the improved working environment has dramatically increased worker productivity.
