Description

The construction of the city public works complex required the construction of seven structures, all built concurrently across a 17-acre site. Because the design and purpose of the buildings vary dramatically, this project required experience in many areas of commercial construction, as well as the ability to project manage and supervise a project on many fronts. The project involved conventional steel and masonry buildings, pre-engineered metal buildings, a fueling facility with a canopy, and extensive site work with roads as well as paved yard and parking areas.
