Details 36,000 SqFt 3-Phase Additions & Renovations Location Frederick, Maryland Architect Proffitt & Pryor Architects Owner Hood College Description This three (3) story plus basement building was renovated in 3 phases to accommodate the college campus schedule. The kitchen was completely gutted including the floor structure and renovated over the summer break along with the dining room renovations. The basement was renovated into separate student center and faculty dining areas with outdoor plazas. The upper dormitory had a fire sprinkler system added along with other related minor renovations.
