Details 12,000 sq. ft. Facility Location Frederick, MD Architect R. Gary Glueck, Architect Owner DPR, Inc. Description Involved from the beginning, Waynesboro Construction worked with the owner to re-engineer the franchise plans so that the project would be within budget as well as make design modifications that would enhance the operational aspects of this new restaurant. Timing of the completion date was critical to the owner’s first year of operation revenue. Construction was completed in 95 days.
