Details 6-Story 171 Luxury Suites Hotel & Restaurant Location Hagerstown, Maryland Architect Waynesboro Construction, Design/Build Owner Falling Spring Corporation Description Assuming the roles of construction manager, design/build contractor and structural engineer on this fast-track project, Waynesboro Construction’s responsibilities increased dramatically over traditional delivery methods of construction services. Design documents were expedited from our home office to field headquarters and transformed to poured concrete and erected precast in a matter of days. Construction included cast-in-place concrete beams supporting six stories of structure, as well as dryvit panels prefabricated off-site and set by crane.
