Details 30,000 SqFt Inmate Housing Addition & Renovation Location Hagerstown, Maryland Architect Bushey Feight Morin Architects Owner Washington County Commissioners Description Construction required maintaining the security of the existing facilities while building the 32 cell addition. The new addition includes the two (2) story inmate cell area surrounding a day room, a secure control room, a third floor classroom and office area, all linked to a secure outdoor courtyard. Renovations were done to the kitchen and laundry facility.
