Details 51,000 SqFt Retail Center with Office Depot Location Frederick, Maryland Architect Rounds Vanduzer Architects Owner 355 Frederick, LLC Description The project started with the demolition of a Lowe’s Home Center and re-working of the site grading and utilities for the new retail stores and related parking. Waynesboro worked closely with the developer and architects to utilize some of the existing concrete pad, parking, and utilities to save costs. Waynesboro also performed the tenant improvements for Office Depot, Party City, Reico Kitchens, and Mattress Discounters.
