ADDED ADDENDUM # 4-- BID DATE EXTENDED TO 2/22/12 --- Waynesboro Construction Company's Frederick office is requesting bids from all interested subcontractors and suppliers for the Washington County Senior Center at the Hagerstown Community College in Hagerstown, MD. The project bids 1/18/12 at 2:00 PM. We request that you look at this project ASAP since the last day for questions and substitutions is 12/20/11 @ 4:00 PM. Please direct all questions to Danny at 301-662-1150 and fax all bids to 301-694-3017. A prebid meeting is scheduled for 12/14/11 at 10:30 AM at the Washington County Admin. Bldg., 2nd floor, conference room 255, 100 W Washington Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740. This is a wage scale project. The bid includes (12) Alternate prices as well as (12) Unit prices(see spec. section 01200). There is no MBE requirement, however, Section 3 HUD businesses are encouraged to participate. Your bid for this project must be valid for 120 days. The construction schedule is 400 days from notice to proceed. |

BID DATE CHANGED TO 2/16/12!!!---Waynesboro Construction Company's Frederick office invites all interested subcontractors to bid on the Construction of Windows, Doors and Heating System Upgrade/Replacement in Housing Units 1 & 2 at the Maryland Correctional Training Center (MCTC) in Hagerstown, MD. The facility is located at 18800 Roxbury Rd., Hagerstown, MD 21746. The project bids on 2/9/12 @ 2:00 PM. ALL MBE SUBS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BID ON THIS PROJECT!!! The project is to be bid on wage scale (see 00275 in spec's). The project is scheduled to start around July, 2012 and has a duration of 730 calander days for substantial completion. The project will be completed in (2) two phases. All pricing must be good for 180 calander days from the bid date. There are (3) three unit prices (shown in 01026). The housing units will be unoccupied during the construction on each unit. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN NO LATER THAN 1/30/12.
